REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Scarosso Referral Program Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use to which you also agree by using and buying on Scarosso website. For every friend joining the programme, the referring customer will earn 50€, in promotional codes, for their next purchase.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for a Referral Promotional Code, as defined below, the following conditions must be met with respect to one (1) referred customers:

1. The referred customer must be new (not returning or existing) and never bought on Scarosso before having taken advantage on 50€ promo code

2. The promotional code for the referred customer can’t be cumulated with other promotions or used on sale items

3. The referred customer must use your promotional code and place an order on Scarosso by 31st of August

4. The referred customer must not cancel the order prior to shipment and the order must not be returned or refunded within the return period allowed by Scarosso (30 days)

REFERRAL REWARD (Referring Customer)

1. If all referral conditions are met the Referral Credit equal to the condition of the initiative will be sent to the user through promotional code via email after the end of the return period (30 days after the end of the initiative).

2. You will receive 50€ for each friends that use your code to shop on our website. Your 50€ coupon codes that you will gain will be sent to you in different codes that cannot be cumulated between each others.

3. You agree to receive communication from us with regard to your participation in the Scarosso Refer a Friend Program, and to allow us to communicate with your friends about your participation (for example, by disclosing to your friends that an invitation was sent by you). Any information collected from you or your referred friend as part of the Scarosso Refer a Friend Program will be subject to Scarosso Privacy Policy

RESTRICTIONS

We may not accept your eligibility to earn a Referral Credit if you or the customer you refer take any of the following actions:

1. Open multiple accounts, including with different e-mail addresses, for the same person in order to generate additional Referral Credits

2. Refer customers using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums

3. Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to us

4. Offer incentives to others who register new accounts

5. Violate these terms or any other terms and conditions on the Scarosso website

In addition, you understand that for any communications you send you are sending them on your own behalf. You are not acting as an agent of Scarosso nor will you be deemed an employee of Scarosso and therefore you should not include any Scarosso trademarks.
